Plushie Taxidermy - Halloween Edition

Sunset Rd., Ste. 106, Las Vegas, NV Tickets: $85 per person, tickets via the venue About this event Bellbone Hollow hosts the Halloween edition of its Plushie Taxidermy workshop inside Cemetery Pulp, the oddities-and-comics shop on East Sunset. Plushie taxidermy is the craft version of the art — you build and mount a creepy-cute plush creation in fabric instead of specimens, and take it home. The shop stays open during the workshop, so come early to browse the coffins, comics and curiosities. What to expect • Pick a Beanie Baby plushie from the shop's selection to work on • Build either a mounted head display or a full mounted "autopsy" display • Dress your piece from the costume closet of fabrics, trims, charms and accessories • Step-by-step instruction from Audra Shayne of Bellbone Hollow Good to know • Your ticket covers the plushie, mounting materials and all supplies • Beginner-friendly — no experience necessary, and the tone is playful rather than gruesome • Seats are limited and tickets go through the venue • All class tickets are non-refundable, per the venue

Green Valley Pkwy., Henderson, NV Tickets: $25 supply fee paid to instructor Ages: 12+ About this event New for 2026, the Spell Candle Carving Workshop was a hands-on, instructor-led session at the Henderson Multigenerational Center. Each participant chose a taper or pillar candle, then painted or carved it with symbols, patterns and Halloween-inspired designs. The session covered simple decorating and sealing techniques before participants added their finishing touches.
